Finally, I found the time to search for and watch the music video of Rex Hermogino's "Love on the Internet."
"Rex has had a passion for music ever since he was a kid. He grew up with a family of musicians where he learned to appreciate different instruments, styles and music genres from big band to pop, classical to modern.
He was born on October 8, 1975 (Wow! I was born on October 9, 1985, just exactly 10 years and a day after him) in Candelaria Zambales, Philippines. He and his family moved to Dededo, Guam when he was just 7. His father and mother continued to teach grade school and his father started the first Drum And Bugle Corps in Guam at Wettengel Elementary School where Rex and his twin brothers attended. You probably would wonder why I talk about him and his music videos. Just to mind you, he is the winner of the first-ever Yahoo! Talent Show, the online video contest dedicated to discovering the hottest original talent on the Internet. In being named the Talent Show winner, Hermogino becomes the newest Web Celeb and wins a development deal to either star in or produce his own show on Yahoo! as well as $50,000 in cash. And here's one interesting fact: HE IS A FILIPINO!
